摘    要:介绍了组态技术在工业控制领域中的实际运用、针对商品化组态王软件的特点,对液压马达综合试验台进行控制系统设计。确定了需要采集和控制的物理量,并详细阐述了分配I/O口、定义变量以及开发显示画面的方法,使其达到计算机实时显示和控制的要求。该控制系统已成功应用于液压马达的综合试验台中。

Abstract:The practical use of configuration technique in control engineering field was introduced. According to the characteristics of commercial Kingview software, the control system of hydraulic motor integrated test -bed was designed. The physical quantities which are required to collect and control were confirmed, the method of I/O distributing, variables defining and display menu developing aimed to meet the demand of computer real - time display and control was described. This control system was successfully applied to the hydraulic motor integrated test - bed.
