摘    要:采用絮凝和电催化氧化联合工艺处理某高浓度有机废水,探索絮凝—电催化氧化法的最适条件,提出絮凝—电催化氧化的合理流程,并获得较好指标。控制适宜pH值,首先采用硫酸亚铁和氯化钙絮凝处理废水,再将上清液添加至电解槽中电解,调整pH值为7,电极板间距为10 mm,电流密度为1A/m2,臭氧流量为1L/min,氧化处理2h。最终该高浓度有机废水中有机物去除率可达90%。

Abstract:The united process of flocculation and electro-catalytic oxidation was carried out for the degradation of high concentrated organic wastewater, and the optimal conditions of the flocculation and electro-catalytic oxidation process were obtained. In the first step, wastewater was processed with ferrous sulfate and calcium chloride under appropriate pH value, and then the supernatant was added to the electrolytic cell, pH value was adjusted at about 7.0, the distance between two electrodes was adjusted at about 10mm, the current density was controlled at 1A/m2, the flow rate of ozone was at 1L/min, oxidation time was at 2h. Removal efficiency of 90% can be obtained by the united process under the optimum conditions.
