几种煤气化技术的先进性与适用性分析

摘    要:以褐煤为原料,对几种煤气化技术即壳牌粉煤气化技术、航天炉粉煤气化技术、GSP气化技术、BGL气化技术和五环炉气化技术的先进性及适用性进行分析;提出在褐煤的干燥和输送能够满足工业运行的前提下,优先推荐选用粉煤气流床激冷流程气化技术,符合现代煤气化技术发展方向;气化炉设置应该考虑多炉互备运行。

Abstract:Taking the lignite as the raw material for example, analyze advancement and applicability for several gasification technologies which are Shell pulverized coal-gasification, HT-L coal gasification, BGL coal gasification and WH gasification technology. Under the premise of lignite drying and conveying being able to meet the industry operation requirements, recommend firstly using of pulverized coal entrained flow bed gasification technology with quenching process, and the gasification unit should'be equipted with more gasifiers for backup. This choice is in the line with direction of modern coal gasification technology development.
