摘    要:自放电性能是蓄电池的主要性能之一。讨论了用 0 .5~ 1.5Ω的小电阻将放电态电池短路 2h ,通过测试开路搁置2 4h后电池电压的恢复情况来判定电池自放电是否合格 ,达到快速测定电池自放电性能的目的。实验发现 ,对于圆柱Cd Ni电池来说 ,若恢复后电压超过 1.19V ,则其自放电合格 ,否则为不合格。而对于MH Ni电池 ,其短路并恢复后的电压比Cd Ni电池的要低 ,但自放电合格电池与不合格电池的电压仍有较大差别。与常规测定自放电的方法相比 ,这种方法大大缩短了测试周期 ,且适用于大批量电池的测试。

Abstract:Self discharge performance is one of the important properties of secondary cells. The method for determining whether the self discharge performance of the cell was qualified, which was short circuiting the discharged cell for 2 h and measuring its voltage after 24 h open circuit shelf, to measure the self discharge performance quickly was discussed. The results show that for cylindrical Ni Cd cell, its self discharge performance is qualified only when its recovery voltage exceeds 1.19 V.Though the recovery voltage of Ni MH cell is lower than that of Ni Cd cell, the difference of voltage between the qualified and non qualified cell is large. Compared with the traditional measuring method, the new method shortens the measuring period greatly and is suitable for the measurement during large scale manufacture.
