| 摘 要： | 为用好美棉,提高成纱质量,针对美棉物理指标差异大,一致性差的特点,改变了原料搭配使用的方法,避免了成纱黄白档.特别是针对美棉短绒含量较高、细度较细、成熟度较差的特点,采用了合适的纺纱工艺配置,保证了成纱质量. |

| Abstract: | To use America cotton and enhance yarn quality, the method of using different raw materials together was changed to avoiding off-white yarn according to bigger difference of physical indexes and worse consistency of America cotton. Suitable spinning processing configuration was adopted to guarantee yarn quality according to speciality of high short fiber content, smaller fiber count, worse maturity of America cotton. |
