| Abstract: | As a novel material of II -VI semiconductor,ZnO thin film is used widely an d effectively in the fields of surface acoustic wav e devices,solar cells,gas sensors,varistors and so on,which are introduced in detail.The presen t development for ultraviolet detectors,LEDs and LDs of zinc oxide thin films are reviewed as well. |
