摘    要:
运用模糊诊断理论,通过测试内燃机循环内转速波动,对SY492Q-4 型汽油机燃烧异常的症状进行识别诊断,结果表明模糊聚类方法可以对故障发生的中间随机原因(症状)进行定位研究,并在一定的转速范围内对于多因素的故障识别具有很高的准确性.

Abstract:
A new method of diagnosing in|cylinder combustion deficiency, utilizing intra|cycle speed fluctuation by means of fuzzy classification theory was developed in this paper. In this study, a self|researched condition monitor was used to measure on|line test data of intra|cycle speed fluctuation. The experiments in SY492|Q showed that fault diagnosis using fuzzy classification.
