摘    要:
深冷处理对于一些金属材料乃至非金属材料的强度、硬度、耐磨性和尺寸稳定性等机械性能的提高能够起到积极作用,因而广受关注并获实际应用。深冷处理过程中,处理工艺选取和工艺设备是其技术关键。综合现有文献资料,在总结深冷处理工艺主要影响因素的基础上,较为详细地介绍了目前应用较普遍的深冷处理工艺及相关系统流程,并结合国内外研究现状提出了一些展望。

Abstract:
Cryogenic treatment attracts much attention and obtains practical application in wide fields,since it helps to improve the mechanical performance of some metal or nonmetal materials,such as strength,hardness,abradability and dimension stability.The selection of the treatment process and device is important for this technique.Based on a review of main influence factors during cryogenic treatment,some typical examples of treatment device are categorized and introduced.A short prospect is also present for future development of this technique.
