尖晶石型超微铁氧体粉末合成方法进展

摘    要:综述了近年来在尖晶石型铁氧体超微粉体合成领域的一些最新研究进展,包括机械化学合成法、水热法、低温燃烧合成法、溶胶-凝胶法、超临界流体干燥法、微乳液法、喷雾干燥法及喷雾热分解法等。并有针对性地指出了其优点和不足及今后研究方向。

Abstract:In this paper, new methods have been overviewed for preparation of ultrafine spinel ferrite powders in recent years, including mechano-chemical synthesis, hydrothermal method, low-temperature combustion synthesis, sol-gel method, supercritical fluid drying and microemulsion mediated process et al. The advantage, disadvantage and tendency of development of the techniques for manufacturing ultrafine powders are also pointed out in this paper.
