盾构穿越铁路安全施工技术

摘    要:盾构施工穿越铁路时,地面沉降和盾构推力等会对列车运行造成影响,因此控制安全施工尤为重要。结合北京地铁4号线穿越京山铁路工程,对砂卵石地层土压平衡盾构穿越采用高压旋喷桩加固技术,并利用盾构参数控制技术,对京山铁路运营期进行监测确保安全施工,规避风险。

Abstract:When shield construction crosses railway, ground settlement and shield thrust will affect train movement, so it is very important to control safety construction. Based on experiences in construction of Beijing Subway Line 4 crossing Beijing-Shanhaiguan railway, high-pressure rotary spraying pile reinforcing technique is adopted for soil pressure balance shield crossing in sandy cobble stratum, and shield parameter control technique is used to monitor the operation of Beijing-Shanhaiguan railway, guarantee safety construction and avoid risks.
