基于Multi-Agent的交互式电子技术手册的交互性

摘    要:为了进一步提高交互式电子技术手册(IETM)交互性,促进产品保障信息系统集成,从IETM的特点入手,分析了基于S1000D国际规范的IETM交互性的实现层次。考虑到保障活动对智能IETM的需求,提出将Multi-Agent技术引入IETM研究领域的方法,构建了基于Multi-Agent的IETM交互框架。同时,从工程实现的角度重点研究了不同Agent之间的信息交互问题。仿真结果表明该方法具有一定的工程实践可行性,有助于消除信息孤岛现象,提高保障活动的智能化水平,可以为未来的产品保障活动提供参考。

Abstract:Product support activities show the trend of information and integration due to the impact of information technology. Interactive Electronic Technical Manual(IETM) is a special kind of product support information system. The interaction of IETM decides the efficiency of providing the data service for the users and the degree of integration between the IETM and other information systems. In order to further improve the interaction of IETM and promote the integration of product support information systems, the paper analyzes the characteristics of IETM and the achieved levels of interaction of IETM based on the S1000D international specification. Considering the requirement for the intelligent IETM, a method of importing the Multi-Agent technology into the domain of IETM is proposed and the interaction architecture of IETM based on Multi-Agent technology is built. The information interaction between different agents is studied from the view of engineering. The results indicate that the proposed method shows engineering feasibility, which can help to eliminate the phenomenon of information islands, improve the intelligent level of support activities, and provide a reference for future product support activities.
