摘    要:本文用ICP-MS仪直接测定了硅铁中的Ca、Al、Mn、Cr、P的含量。硅铁用HF-HNO3混合酸低温溶解完全后.加入高氯酸除氟,用硝酸溶解盐类,加入内标元素^45Sc,采用内标法,用ICP-MS仪进行测定。讨论了基体铁的影响及硅对Ca测定的影响。该方法的加标回收率为:98.2%~102%;相对标准偏差RSD为1.6%~3.5%。本文所研究的方法具有简便、快速、准确等特点,可用于硅铁样品微量杂质元素的分析。

Abstract:A method for the determination of impurities elements of Ca,Al,Mn,P and Cr in ferrosilicon has been developed. After the ferrosilicon was dissolved completely by a mixed acid of HNO3- HF at low temperature, HClO4 was added, and then let it evaporate close to dry state, in order to remove Fluorin. Using nitric acid to dissolve salts, Adding internal standard element of 45SC, by used of internal element calibrated method, the content of Ca, Al,Mn,Cr,P in ferrosilicon was determined directly by ICP-MS. The effect of matrix iron element and the result of calcium caused by silicon were discussed. The results of standard recoveries are 98. 2%-102. 0% , the relative standard deviation are 1.6%-3.5% . This method is simple, rapid and accurate, can be used in the testing of ferrosilicon.
