非对称12脉波整流自耦变压器绕组结构研究

摘    要:传统的基于自耦变压器的多脉波整流电路在输入电压不变时只能输出特定的电压。针对非对称型自耦变压器建立了自耦变压器绕组抽头位置参数和输出电压之间的关系,提出了不同输出电压要求下非对称型12脉波整流电路自耦变压器绕组的不同设计方法;并进一步研究了电压变换比对变压器容量的影响。计算分析得到了具有最小变压器容量的连接方式,给非对称型多脉波整流变压器设计提供一种设计准则。仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:Traditional multiple pulse rectifier based on autotransformer can only produce specific voltages. Based on asymmetric autotransformer, this paper establishes the relationship between the position of winding tap and the output voltage, also presents different designs of asymmetric autotransformer winding in 12-pulse rectifiers under different requirements of output voltage,and gives further research on the influence of voltage transformation ratio on transformer capacity. The connection mode with minimum transformer capacity is obtained by calculation and analysis .The paper provides a design criteria for asymmetric autotransformer of multiple pulse rectifier and the simulation results verify the validity of the theoretical analysis.
