矢量控制永磁同步电动机的转矩脉动分析

摘    要:
研究了空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)和死区效应引起的永磁同步电动机转矩脉动,推导出SVPWM引起的电流波动量和偏差磁链矢量的计算公式,分析了死区设置引起的误差电压矢量及其所产生的死区效应,计算出误差电压矢量的幅值及其与三相电流极性的对应关系。通过仿真实例证实了两种转矩脉动的产生,实验结果表明可以根据误差电压矢量的特性,通过补偿的方法消除死区效应。

Abstract:
Torque ripples of permanent magnet synchronous motor caused by space vector pulse width modulation and dead-time effects are analyzed,calculation formulas of current ripple quantity and error flux linkage vector caused by SVPWM are deduced,and error voltage vector and dead-time effects caused by dead-time are analyzed. Amplitude of error voltage vector is calculated and its phase angle corresponding to 3-phase current polarities is expressed.The two torque ripples are validated by simulation example. Experimental results show that dead-time effects can be eliminated by compensation according to error voltage characteristic.
