| 摘 要： | 文章用GC／MS法对鸡蛋中的己烯雌酚的残存量进行了分析。发现已烯雌酚在鸡蛋中几乎都残存于蛋黄内。其检出限为0．05ppm。

| Abstract: | This article describes a method for testing trace diethylstilbestrolum in bio-sample egg with GC/MS involing pre-deal and step of analysis. Two of the sample eggs have been tested. It is found that the dithylstilbestrolum mainly distributes in yolk not in egg white. The testing limit of this method is 0. 05 ppm. |
