| 摘 要： | 本文从明渠恒定非均匀流方程出发,推导了河道型水库动、静防洪库容关系,以数学模型为手段,计算并绘制动、静防洪库容关系曲线,给出防洪库容一般变化规律,提出计算水库防洪库容具体步骤和方法,为可研阶段或中小型防洪水库缺少断面资料情况下,确定水库的防洪库容提供参考。河道型水库防洪库容计算方法应结合实际水库具体情况选取,完全采用静库容法计算防洪库容是不符合实际的。

| Abstract: | Based on the steady water flow equation of the open channel, the paper gives the relationship between the static flood control capacity and the dynamic flood control capacity. By means of formula derivation and mathematical models we obtained the relationship of the two and brought forth a series of figures about them. Finally the detailed steps to compute the dynamic flood control capacity were brought out. It can offer a relatively reasonable result for the early stage planning of the reservoir. |
