| 摘 要： | 高职院校要发展，必须有一支结构合理，能体现高职特色的高水平师资队伍，才能培养出既具有一定理论基础、又有实践动手能力的“下得去、用得上、留得住、上手快”的高素质应用型人才。因此，师资队伍建设是高职院校的第一建设。本结合昆明冶金高等专科学校加强师资队伍建设的成功经验，探讨高职院校如何加强师资队伍建设。

| Abstract: | For a sustainable development, higher vocational colleges need to have a high-level teaching staff capableof embodying the characteristics of higher vocational education, so that they can train high-quality talents good at boththeoretical and practical capability. Therefore, the construction of teaching staff is of the utmost importance in highervocational colleges. Linking the successful experiences in the construction of teaching staff in Kunming MetallurgyCollege, the article inquires into ways to strengthen the construction of teaching staff. |
