摘    要:介绍了某电厂9FA单轴联合循环燃气轮机离线超速试验的功能,在MarkⅥe控制系统界面上超速试验的操作步骤,以及试验过程中出现的问题。针对试验过程中透平转速无法正常提升到保护定值的情况,以及超速试验过程中FSR选择问题进行了深入的分析,同时提供了对燃料行程中转速控制基准逻辑修改方案,并记录了逻辑完善后的启动曲线。

Abstract:An introduction is being presented to the off-line overspeed test for a 9FA single-shaft combined cycle gas turbine unit, and to specific operation procedures of the test on the Mark VIe control interface, as welL as to various problems occurring in the test, like that the turbine speed can not be raised up to the setpoint in trip protection, and how to determine the fuel stroke reference (FSR), etc., to which deep analysis is performed, and subsequently corresponding countermeasures are put forward on the speed control logic of fuel stroke, with a startup curve recorded after the logic optimization.
