大采高综采工作面高水材料沿空留巷试验

摘    要:
沿空留巷无煤柱开采技术是缓解采掘衔接紧张,实现高产高效的有效技术手段.文章对大采高首采工作面高水材料沿空留巷试验进行了总结分析,采用"分离岩块法"计算得出巷旁充填体支护阻力为7.5 kN/m^8.5 kN/m,选取高水材料水灰比为1.5:1,巷旁充填体宽度为2.5 m.总结了沿空留巷施工流程,分析了出现问题的原因并提出改进措施,为下一步的成功应用积累了经验.

Abstract:
The non-pillar mining of gob-side entry retaining is an effective technical means to relieve the connection tension between mining and excavation and to achieve high production and efficiency.The article analyzed the experiment on gob-side entry retaining with high water material on the first mining face with large mining height.The Rock Separation Method was used to work out that the support resistance of the filling body beside the roadway ranged from 7.5 to 8.5 kN/m,the water-cement ratio of high water materials was 1.5 to 1,and the width of the filling material near the roadway was 2.5 m.This paper also summarized the construction process of the gob-side entry retaining,analyzed the problems,proposed improvement measures,and gathered experience for the next successful application.
