低瓦斯矿井工作面上隅角瓦斯抽采技术与实践

摘    要:某低瓦斯矿井11303工作面回采过程中,采用"U"型通风,工作面上隅角瓦斯经常局部超限.经过分析,上隅角瓦斯涌出量主要来源于采空区,采空区瓦斯积聚点主要分布在顶板3~5倍采空范围内的裂隙带中.通过对高抽巷瓦斯抽采、高位钻孔瓦斯抽采、采空区埋管瓦斯抽采、骨架风筒瓦斯抽采等几种瓦斯治理方法的对比分析,结合矿井上隅角瓦斯的来源情况,选择采用高位钻孔抽采瓦斯,能从根本上解决低瓦斯矿井工作面上隅角瓦斯超限问题.

Abstract:During the mining on the No.11303 working face of a low gas mine,U-type ventilation was used and the local gas overrun at the upper corners occurred frequently.The analysis showed that the gas emission of the upper corners mainly came from the goaf.Gas accumulation points in the goaf mainly spread over the fissure zones within the range of 3 to 5 times of the roof.Several gas control methods were compared,including gas drainage in high gas drainage roadways,with high-level boreholes,with buried pipes in goafs,and with skeleton air duct.Combined with the source of upper corner gas,the gas drainage in high-level boreholes can fundamentally solve the upper corner gas overrun on the working face in the low gas mine.
