Application of frequency conversion control technology in mechanical and electrical equipment of coal mine

With the continuous expansion of coal mining scale,the installed power of mechanical and electrical equipment is also increasing.In order to improve the working efficiency of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mine and reduce the energy consumption rate,the frequency conversion control technology was applied.By analyzing the working principle and development direction of the technology,the specific application of the technology in mine hoist,belt conveyor,shearer,ventilator,water pump and other equipment was discussed.The analysis shows that the technology has many advantages,and the application of the technology can further promote the development of the coal industry.
