钻完井工具冲蚀试验平台设计及性能测试

摘    要:
为了能够更好地模拟海洋石油开发实际工况,进而研究不同环境压力和流速情况下钻完井工具的冲蚀试验规律,基于磨料射流原理设计研发了钻完井工具冲蚀试验平台。该试验平台能够方便地控制冲蚀试验的环境压力、流速和含砂量,进行环境压力0~20 MPa,流速0~100 m/s,角度0°~90°,颗粒直径0~2 mm条件下的冲蚀试验。测试结果表明:在42 m/s的流速下,喷嘴出口压力瞬时波动仅为±0.02 MPa,不超过当前压力的2%,流量波动为±0.2 L/min,砂比误差为±0.2%,验证了冲蚀试验平台具有较好的压力、流量和砂比的稳定性,间接验证了冲蚀试验平台具有较高的流速稳定性;采用316L金属试件进行了3次重复性测试,测试结果误差均在5%以内,验证了冲蚀试验平台试验数据具有很好的重现性。钻完井工具冲蚀试验平台的成功研制并投入试验应用,对开展井下工具的冲蚀特性研究和提高海洋石油开发效率具有重要意义。

Abstract:
To better simulate the actual operating conditions of offshore oil development and study the erosion rules of drilling and completion tools under different environmental pressures and flow rates,an erosion experimental platform for drilling and completion tools is designed and developed based on the principle of abrasive jet.The experimental platform can easily control the environmental pressure,flow rate and sand content of the erosion test.The erosion experiment could be conducted under the environmental pressure of 0~20 MPa,the flow rate of 0~100 m/s,the angle of 0°~90°,and the particle diameter of 0~2 mm.The experiment results show that at a flow rate of 42 m/s,the instantaneous fluctuation of the nozzle outlet pressure is only±0.02 MPa,which does not exceed 2%of the current pressure.The flow fluctuation is±0.2 L/min,and the sand ratio error is±0.2%.The erosion experiment platform has good stability of pressure,flow rate and sand ratio,which indirectly verifies that the erosion experiment platform has high flow rate stability.316L metal specimens are used for three repetitive tests,which all have errors within 5%,and verifies that the experiment data of this erosion experiment platform has good reproducibility.The successful development and application of this erosion experiment platform is of great significance to the study of the erosion characteristics of downhole tools and the improvement of the offshore oil development efficiency.
