一种瓦斯抽放钻孔套管及封孔新工艺设计

摘    要:为提高瓦斯管理能力,防止综采工作面发生瓦斯超限或积聚现象,提出了一种安全、可靠、高效的内套袖套管工艺及配套的封孔工艺。以布尔台煤矿42106综放工作面为研究背景,针对其瓦斯抽放方面存在的不足,明确新工艺所需满足的要求,从套管、封孔材料等方面进行了工艺设计;分别开展地面和井下试验后,确定了套管工艺采用内套袖套管工艺,封孔工艺采用“两堵一注”的方式,两端孔口利用强度高、凝结快的无机充填材料封孔,钻孔中段利用凝结较慢但成本较低的水泥封孔;最后,将确定的工艺方案进行了应用和推广。实践结果表明,该新工艺在保证采空区插管抽放效果的同时,经济效益显著,安全效益突出。

Design of a gas drainage drilling casing and new sealing technology

Abstract:In order to improve gas management ability and prevent gas overrun or accumulation in fully mechanized mining face,a safe,reliable and efficient inner sleeve casing technology and matching sealing technology were put forward.Taking the No.42106 fully mechanized caving face of Buertai coal mine as the research background,and aiming at the shortcomings of gas drainage,the process design was carried out from the aspects of casing and sealing materials.Through the ground and underground tests,it is determined that the casing technology adopts the inner sleeve casing technology,and the hole sealing technology adopts the method of“two plugging and one injection”,the holes at both ends are sealed with inorganic filling materials with high strength and fast setting,and the middle part of the borehole is sealed with cement with slow setting but low cost.The practice shows that the new technology can ensure the effect of buried tube drainage in goaf,at the same time,and has significant economic benefits and outstanding safety benefits.
