智能石油钻机技术现状及发展方向

智能石油钻机可脱离人的干预,自动完成整个钻井过程,并能与钻井、地质和测井等专业进行大数据融合,从而有效提高钻井效率及作业安全性。通过对比分析国内外先进智能石油钻机的发展现状及主要技术参数,发现不管是国内还是国外的智能石油钻机,都只是在钻井领域的某个或多个环节上实现了自动化,完整的智能钻井闭环链尚未形成。总结了智能石油钻机应具备的技术特点,提出了适合国内现状的智能石油钻机发展方向:应首先研究出具有中国技术特色的"半自动智能钻机",使钻机各单体设备达到行业先进水平,然后进行钻机应用软件开发,提高钻机的"智商"水平,让自动化智能钻机具备逻辑分析能力,在面对各种复杂工况时具有适应性和自动调整能力,以实现石油钻机的真正智能化。

Technology Status and Development Trend of Intelligent Drilling Rigs

Intelligent drilling rigs can complete the entire drilling process automatically without human intervention,and can integrate drilling data with geological and logging data into big data,so as to effectively improve drilling efficiency and operation safety.Analysis and comparison of the development and primary technical parameters of advanced intelligent drilling rigs at home and abroad indicate that every model of intelligent oil rigs is only automated in one or more chains in the drilling process,but a complete,intelligent and closed drilling circle has not been built.This paper summarizes the technical features that an intelligent oil rig should have,and proposes the development direction of the intelligent oil rig suitable for the requirement in China.First"semi-automatic intelligent rigs"with Chinese technical characteristics should be studied,parts of which should be excellent in the industry.Second,application software will be developed for the drilling rigs to enhance its"intelligence quotient",and make them have the capability of logic analysis,so that they will be adaptable and automatic in complex working conditions.This means the real intelligence of drilling rigs.
