综放工作面过陷落柱注浆技术研究

摘    要:通过槽波探测、钻探分析、FLAC3D数值计算,得出JDX16陷落柱治理的重点区域.采用浅孔和深孔配合的方法,浅孔注浆封堵表层裂隙,形成止浆层,防止深孔漏浆,并加固浅层煤体;深孔注浆加固JDX16陷落柱与煤体交界面附近区域及陷落柱内部,终孔位置在回采高度中上部及上部顶板,水平投影覆盖陷落柱边界15 m范围.2309工作面通过采取注浆方案治理后,安全通过陷落柱影响区域,加固效果显著,对类似工程条件工作面安全回采具有一定的借鉴意义.

Abstract:Key treatment areas of JDX16 collapse columns were determined by channel wave detection,drilling analysis,and FLAC 3D numerical calculation.Shallow and deep hole grouting were used together:the shallow hole grouting sealed surface cracks and formed a slurry stopper to prevent deep hole leakage and strengthen shallow coal mass;the deep hole grouting strengthened the interface between the JDX16 collapse columns and coal mass and the interior of the collapse columns.The final hole was located in the upper middle and upper roof and its horizontal projection covered the area within 15 m of the boundary of the collapse columns.After adopting the grouting plan,the 2309 working face safely passed the area affected by the collapse columns,and the reinforcement effect was significant,which could be reference for the safe mining in the similar engineering conditions.
