摘 要: | 对水厂选矿厂采用螺旋溜槽或低场强自重介跳汰机进行了"提质降硅"磁重联合工艺流程改造。改造后,铁精矿品位达到68.00%以上,实现了节能降耗、提高生产能力、增加企业经济效益的目标。

Study on Combined Magneto-gravity Separation flowsheet for Quality Improvement and Silicon Reduction in Shuichang Concentrator |

Abstract: | Shuichang Concentrator transformed its technological flowsheet for quality improvement and silicon reduction by use of spire sluice or low magnetic field autogeneous heavy media jig. As a result the iron grade of the concentrate has reached above 68.00% and saved energy.With the increase of productivity the economic effect of the enterprise can be obviously increased. |
