摘    要:首次以稀土改性的固体超强酸SO4^2-/TiO2-La2O3为催化剂,通过丙酸和正丁醇反应合成丙酸丁酯,并探讨了诸因素对酯收率的影响。在醇酸摩尔比1.2:1,催化剂用量占反应物料总量的2.5%,反应时间1.5h,反应温度94-110℃的条件下,酯收率可达83.6%。SO4^2-/TiO2-La2O3具有良好的催化活性。

Abstract:n-Butyl propionate was synthesized from n-butanol alcohol and propionic acid in the presence of SO42-/TiO2-La2O3.The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best conditions were determined. The optimum conditions are as follows: molar ratio of n-butanol alcohol to propionic acid is 1 .2 :1, the quantity of catalyst is equal to 2.5% of feed stocks,and the reaction time 1.5 h.SO42-/TiO2-La2O3 is an excellent catalyst for synthesizing n-butyl propionate and its yield can reach over 83.6 % .
