| 摘 要： | 快速组构是生产大型复杂产品的快捷、有效制造方法。快速组构主要有三种模式,模块化和接口技术是其核心。文章结合某大型国际合作项目的热控制系统的制造,研究了快速组构制造系统在生产大型复杂航空器等产品中的管理模式和应用特点。实践证明该种制造系统快速、高效和便于管理。

| Abstract: | Fast configuring is efficient for the production of large-scale and complicated products.This paper describes the three main patterns of fast configuring,among which modularization and interface technology were the key factors.In this paper,based on the manufacture of the thermal control system(TCS) of a large aeronautic detector in an international collaboration project,management mode and application characteristic of fast configure manufacture system were studied.Its application approved this manufacture system is of great efficiency,high speed and easy management. |
