| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的水泵性能检测专家系统,实现对各种信号的实时采集、分析和处理,运用虚拟PID控制器实现了流量自动控制,利用LabView多项式拟合模块对性能曲线进行拟合,并通过图片输出方式显示性能曲线,达到了快速准确判断水泵运转状态的目的。

| Abstract: | A professional testing system of water pump performance which is based on visual instrument technology is introduced.This system can collect,analyze and process several signals by using visual instrument technology.Using the visual PID controller,it can auto-control the current capacity.And it carries on the fitting using the LabView multinomial fitting module to the performance curve.Through picture output mode displays performance curve,this system realizes the aim,to judge the operating condition of water pump fast and accurate. |
