柴油国Ⅴ质量升级问题的探讨

摘    要:随着环保问题的日益突出,车用柴油排放标准的要求日益严格。目前,中国柴油多执行硫质量分数低于350μg/g的国Ⅲ标准,只有少部分地区执行硫质量分数低于50μg/g的国Ⅳ标准。炼油厂面临着柴油硫质量分数低于10μg/g的国Ⅴ质量升级问题。从柴油质量升级的趋势和紧迫性出发,对可能面临的问题进行了探讨。指出柴油加氢装置国Ⅴ质量升级改造方案主要包括:更换高活性柴油深度加氢脱硫催化剂;催化剂床层装填均匀;调整全厂总加工流程使改造装置加工性质较好的直馏柴油;增加反应器催化剂装填量;提高反应器操作温度;更换高效反应器内件;增设循环氢脱硫系统等,同时指出装置质量升级改造可能遇到的瓶颈,并指出研究方向。

Abstract:Emission standard of motor diesel has become increasingly stringent with eminent environmen- tal protection problems. Guo m diesel with sulfur content of 350 ppm is implemented in most part of China while Guo 1V diesel with sulfur content of 50 ppm is sold only in some areas. The refineries in China have faced a great challenge of upgrading the diesel to Guo V standard with sulfur lower than 10 ppm. The possible problems are discussed in view of the tendency and urgency of diesel upgrading. Upgrading revamping of diesel hydrotreating units is recommended for the production of Guo V diesel, which mainly includes replacing high-activity desulfurization catalysts, uniform catalyst loading, adjusting the overall process configuration to provide better feedstock like straight-run (SR) diesel, increasing the reactor catalyst volume, raising reactor operating temperature, replacing with the high-efficiency rization system, etc. Meanwhile the probable bottlenecks and the research trend is proposed. reactor internals, adding recycle hydrogen desulfu- in the upgrading revamping of units are pointed out
