| 摘 要： | 为了将15MnNbR钢板用于建造大型液化气球罐，根据确定的焊接工艺和焊接工艺参数，研究了焊接接头的拉伸性能、系列冲击性能、无塑性转变温度、断裂韧性等，各项力学性能表明：爆接接头可满足球罐的设计要求并且保证球罐的安全运行。

| Abstract: | In order to make the steel 15MnNbR to construct huge LPG spherical tank, the tension property,series impact property,NDT,fracture toughness of the welding joint by definitive welding process and welding parameter were researched. The variety of mechanical property showed that the welding joint can be suit of the design requirement and ensured the LPG spherical tank safety operation. |
