Abstract:
The Storage principle of ferroelectrical random memories,the structure and the application of ferroelectrical Random Memories were summarized.The problems ferroelectric memories were illustrated as follows: fatigue,environmental problem,the poor retention and the breakage of the readout on the FeRAM,and so on.
