摘 要: | 对影响EVA交联发泡的各种因素予以研究,初步研究了发泡剂AC(偶氮二甲酰胺)的用量、交联剂DCP的用量、发泡温度和发泡时间对EVA泡沫制品性能的影响。结果发现,在发泡剂AC的用量为11份,交联剂DCP的用量为0 5份,发泡温度为165℃,压力为15MPa,发泡时间15分钟时,为EVA发泡的最佳条件。

Technology of EVA Cross-linked Foaming and Its Application |

Abstract: | The influence of several factors on EVA cross\|linked foaming was studied,and the effects of amounts of AC (foaming agent) and DCP (cross\|linked agent) to be used,and foaming temperature as well as foaming time on the properties of EVA foaming products were preliminary researched.The results showed that the optimum foaming conditions for EVA were:11 weight percent of AC,05 weight percent of DCP,foaming temperature of 165℃,pressure 15MPa and time 15 minutes. |
