三峡二期厂坝工程混凝土施工质量控制

摘    要:三峡二期厂坝工程是三峡工程是最重要的施工项目之一,混凝土浇筑量大,共约1238万m^3;施工强度高,预计量高年强度达400万m^3,最高月强度达45万m^3;质量要求严。经对坝和厂房结构特点及控制性工期分析,明确了控制混凝土质量的难点,据此采取了相应的工程措施,如合理选用混凝土浇筑设备、施工方案,高温季节温控防裂等,使所浇混凝得到有效控制,施工质量满足了设计要求。

Abstract:The work of the plant and dam of Three Gorges Project (second phase) is one of the most important construction items in the Three Gorges Project It has large concrete pouring volume of about 1 238 million m 3 in total and high construction intensity of the expected maximum year concrete pouring volume of 4 0 million m 3 and the maximum month concrete pouring volume of 0 45 million m 3 Its construction quality is highly required Based on the analysis of the natural conditions in the dam area, the structure characteristics of dam and powerhouse, and the key construction periods, we determine those difficulties of controlling concrete construction quality We also take the corresponding engineering measures for these construction difficulties, such as rational selection of concrete pouring equipment and construction schemes and temperature control measures for crack prevention in high temperature seasons Therefore, the concrete construction quality has been effectively controlled and meets the design requirements
