助催化剂在甲胺磷异构化过程中的应用研究

摘    要:对几种助催化剂在甲胺磷异构化过程中的应用进行了研究。结果表明:助催化剂甲醇的加入可以有效地抑制副反应,提高甲胺磷异构化过程的选择性;加入助催化剂离子交换树脂,可使甲胺磷原油含量达72%以上;助催化剂分子筛的加入可以有效地提高甲胺磷异构化过程的反应速度和收率,甲胺磷原油含量达74%,收率达86%。助催化剂D及E也可以使甲胺磷收率达85%以上,并且能保证甲胺磷贮存过程当中比较稳定。

Abstract:A study was made on the application of a few of promoters to isomerization of methamidophos. The results showed that the side reactions can validly be controlled, the selectivity of isomerization being increased when methanal was used; the contents of methamidophos crude is over 72% when ion exchange resin was added; the reaction rate and recovery of isomerization can effectively be raised, the contents of the crude being up to over 86% when molecular sieve was applied and the recovery of methamidophos was more than 85% and methamidophos in storage was more stable than before adding the promoters D and E.
