摘    要:锅炉及热交换器的积灰、结焦使锅炉排烟温度上升,导致热效率下降,并会引起受热面腐蚀,影响经济性、安全性。故长期以来, 人们一直在寻求较好的除灰方式。通过对目前主要采用的蒸汽吹灰、声波吹灰、及高能燃气脉冲吹灰的原理、效果、费用比较,认为高能燃气脉冲吹灰值得推广应用。

Abstract:The fouling and coking of boiler and heat exchanger cause rise of gas emission tempera-ture and reduction of thermal efficiency as well as heating surface corrosion, which will affecteconomy and security. Therefore, people have always tried to seek a better soot-blowing way for along term. Through comparison between the theory, effect and cost of soot-blowing ways likesteam soot-blowing, acoustic soot-blowing and high energy gas pulse soot-blowing that are usedcurrently, the author think the application of high energy pulse soot-blowing is worth popularizing.
