| 摘 要： | 扼要介绍了切割机直线导轨安装座的零件性能及材料选择,分析了零件的加工工艺难点,然后制定了相应的工艺路线,分析了整个工艺流程.所研制的工艺流程已得到批量生产应用,并为其他类似导轨安装座的加工提供了一定的借鉴作用. |

| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the performance and material selection of linear guide mounting bed of dicing saw,analyses the processing technological difficulty,then makes the corresponding the processing technological route and analyses the whole technological process flow.The technological process is widely used in the large-lot production of linear guide mounting bed and the processing of other similar guide mounting beds can borrow ideas from the described technological process flow. |
