微速差双转子系统不平衡信号提取方法

摘    要:微速差双转子系统的两个频率相近不平衡信号形成拍振,传统不平衡信号提取方法的精度和快速性不佳。提出一种以数字带通滤波后数据为样本的改进型Prony方法用于识别两个转子的频率,可以有效解决微差双转子系统中转差不易测量的难题,把最小二乘方法用于识别已知频率的两个不平衡信号的幅值和相位,可以在噪声背景下快速、准确的实现参数估计。最后给出了详细的仿真结果和分析,证明了本文方法的正确性。

Abstract:Two unbalanced signals with adjacent frequencies form beat signal in dual-rotor system with slightly different rotating speeds. The precision and timeliness of traditonal is not good. An improved Prony method is presented to extract frequecies of beat signal base on the decimation of bandpass filtered data, which can solve the problen that little rotation speed difference can not be measured easily. Least Square Method is used to extract magnitude and phase of beat signal with known frequencies, which can estimate accurately and quickly. In the end, simulation and analysis is given to prove correctness of the proposed method .
