摘    要:钛铁品位检测效率的高低是关系钛精矿、铁精矿生产规模化的关键问题。鉴于能量色散X荧光分析(EDXRF)技术的非破坏性、多元素快速分析等优势,开发了钛铁品位在线自动分析系统,该系统采用238Pu作为X射线激发源,利用正比计数器进行探测,并针对选矿厂电法选出的矿物种类的特殊性,建立了特有的系统工作曲线。经801次取样测试,该系统作业率为95.38%,对钛品位分析绝对误差小于0.5%的合格率为95.15%。整个分析过程仅需5 min,实现了对生产过程的实时监测,满足了钛铁精矿品位在线质量控制的需求。

Abstract:The efficiency of titanium and iron contents analysis is the key to the productivity of titanium and iron ore concentrate. Since energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence technique has advantages of non-destructive, multi-elemental fast analysis etc., an on-line automatic Ti & Fe grade analysis system based on this technique was developed, which consists of a 238Pu source and a proportional counter. A working curve was established to determine the contents of Fe and Ti in given types of ore concentrates from electrical separation process. A total of 801 tests were carried. The results show that the work rate of this system is 95.38%, and the passing rate is 95.15% when absolute error for total-Ti is less than 0.5%. The system is able to complete an analytical process within 5 minutes, basically satisfying the requirement of real-time monitoring. It is a reliable method for on-line quality control in the production process of titanium and iron ore-concentrates.
