摘    要:通过对清丰山流域防洪调度系统数据流程和功能分析,提出了系统的总体框架和设计方案,并重点讨论了洪水预报方法和防洪调度方案等关键技术问题。该系统技术先进、实用可靠、界面友好,可在我国其他流域推广应用。

Abstract:Qingfenshan basin is situated between Ganjiang and Fuhe River in Jiangxi province. Because of being troubled by the flood disasters frequently, it is necessary to develop a flood control and decision-making system in this basin in order to improve the flood management and disaster mitigation measures. On the basis of analyzing system's data and functions, the system structure and design scheme is proposed. The key techniques of the flood forecasting and flood dispatching methods are emphasized. The developed system is advanced, reliable and user interface friendly. It can be applied in other basin in China.
