| 摘 要： | 本文就稀土对盐浴防氧化脱碳的作用进行了研究，结果表明，稀土对盐浴的校正作用具有良好的速效性和持效性，沉淀造渣能力强，可以防止酸性氧化物对工件和电极的浸蚀，是一种综合性能较好的盐浴校正剂。

| Abstract: | The effect of rare-earth elements to prevent oxidation and decarburization in heat treating salt bathshas been discussed. It is show that,being used as a kind of rectifier for salt bath,Rare-earth is characterized by itsenduring effects,quick-acting,high ability of forming slag and causing the work pieces and electrode free from being corroded by acid oxide with its compositive advantages,thus rare-earth elements can be used as a kind of rectifier for salt baths. |
