热轧不锈钢管生产工艺优化的探讨

摘    要:简述热轧钢管机组建设情况;重点探讨热轧不锈钢管生产过程中的难点,并提出相应工艺改进建议。分析认为:热轧钢管机组生产不锈钢管时的难点在于轧管机负载不足,没有轧制不锈钢的工艺方案和配套的工艺、工序;建议优选管坯加热方式和加热制度,优化穿孔过程中的金属变形条件,解决轧管的孔型设计问题,提高工模具强度及润滑效果。

Abstract:Briefed in the paper is the construction of a steel tube hot rolling plant, focusing on difficulties in the producing of hot-rolled stainless steel tube, and corresponding advices are put forward. The analysis indicates that the difficulties of the hot rolling plant in producing stainless steel tube include insufficient rolling load capacity, lack of process scheme for rolling stainless steel tube and absent of adequate process and procedure. It is recommended to carefully select the heating method and schedule for billet, optimize the metal deformation condition during piercing, solve the design problem of rolling pass and elevate tool strength and lubricating effect.
