AOTF-近红外光谱技术快速分析烟草主要化学成分

摘    要:应用AOTF-近红外光谱仪测定了443个不同地区、不同等级烟草样品的近红外光谱,用Unserambler定量分析软件将光谱与对应的化学成分值相关联,建立了烟草中总糖、还原糖、总烟碱和钾的回归模型。总糖、还原糖、总烟碱和钾含量近红外光谱分析模型的决定系数R^2分别为0.9840、0.9866、0.9884和0.9201。用这些模型对未知样品进行了预测,总糖、还原糖、总烟碱和钾模型预测的平均相对标准偏差分别为2.68%、2.88%、4.18%和8.38%。

Abstract:Near infrared reflectance spectroscopy has advantages of rapid determination, non-destruction, non-polluting and low cost. It avoids time consuming, laborious and operation-complicated in the laboratory. In the work, an AOTF-NIR method for determining tobacco constituents was developed. The spectra of 443 tobacco samples were scanned by AOTF-NIR spectrometer. The models of total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine and potassium were calculated by the Unscrambler. Their determination coefficient R2 is 0.9840, 0.9866, 0.9884, 0.9201 respectively, and the average relative standard deviation between predicted value and measured value is 2.68%, 2.88%, 4.18%, 8.38%, respectively. The results indicate that AOTF- NIR technique is feasible for analysis of tobacco constituents and this provides a foundation for on-line monitoring in tobacco process. To our knowledge, this is the first attempt to analysis tobacco constituents with AOTF-near infrared spectroscopy.
