| 摘 要： | 合理的居住区布局结构和组织形式是提升居住区居住质量、完善开放空间系统、促进环境行为的必要条件。现有的居住区的构成以及布局模式而言,因为地理位置、自然气候以及设计人员等人为因素的影响,其构成与布局模式各具特色。如果能够建立一种标准的符合居民行为要求的环境模式,将会进一步推动建筑和规划的发展。为此在不同的居住区模式下,用一种理想化的模式对各种居住区的公共环境进行了研究,以期从多种居住区构成与布局的模式中选取一种标准的,最符合居民行为要求的居住区公共环境的构成与布局模式。

| Abstract: | Reasonable overall arrangement of residence is the prerequisite of well residential environment.Now,in China,the components and the arrangement of residence are decided by geographic position,local climate,the willing of designer,and so on.Each one has his characteristic.If we can find a stand model of residence,which can fit people well,that should be great to promote the development of architecture and layout.So,the writer studied the different kind of residences by an idealized method.And want to find a best overall arrangement of residence. |
