提高刚玉砖在加热炉出钢槽上使用寿命的措施

轧钢加热炉的出钢槽采用刚玉砖砌筑时，由于刚玉砖热稳定性差或施工时刚玉砖之间的缝隙密封不严，易降低出钢槽的使用寿命。为提高其使用寿命，应控制炉膛压力处于微正压状态，尽量减小刚玉砖之间的砌筑缝隙并留设膨胀缝；预制块底部的耐火砖砌筑须平整，应避免连铸钢坯切削刚玉砖。
