| Abstract: | Compaired with the reinforced concrete bent cap with traditional rectangular cross section, the T - shaped ones have the advantages of high efficiency of bending resistance and good technicl economy index. This paper introduces the design, main point of the calculation and the economic efficiency of the T - shaped reinforced concrete bent cap with the example of the Cheliwan Bridge.
