双背压汽轮机冷端系统的优化

摘    要:双背压汽轮机的应用已有多年,但其冷端系统在设计和运行上,仍有许多方面有待进一步改进和完善。为充分发挥双背压汽轮机的技术优势,应对其冷端系统进行优化,不仅要考虑凝汽器运行的最佳真空度,还应优化抽气系统和循环冷却水系统的设计,同时,也对双压凝汽器的几种连接形式进行了分析。

Abstract:For dual-pressure steam turbines have been applied for many years, but the design & operation of its coldend system should still been improved and optimized. In order to optimize the cold-end system and to give full scope to the technical advantages of the dual-pressure turbine, the optimum vaccuity of the operation for condenser will not only be considered, but also the design of extracting & circulating cooling-water systems shall be optimized. Meanwhile, some connections for the dual-pressure condenser have been analyzed.
