有彩数码提花织物结构设计的实践与分析

摘    要:
随着数码提花织物分层设计模式的提出,可以通过数个单层结构的组合来设计具有丰富混合色彩效果的提花织物。通过设计实践,对有彩数码提花织物结构设计环节中的主要技术因素,即全息组织和组合织物结构的设计方法进行深入分析,揭示不同的组织结构设计、组合方法与织物效果之间的对应关系,并以设计实现彩色数码提花织物的彩色影光效果为目标,提出合理的织物结构设计和组合的方法,为彩色数码提花织物创新设计提供必要的技术参考。

Abstract:
Along with the suggestion of layered combination design mode for digital jacquard fabric,it is possible to produce jacquard fabric featuring rich mixed color effect via the combination of several single-layer structures.On the basis of design practice,an in-depth analysis of main technical factors of structural design of digital colorful jacquard fabric,i.e.design method of gamut weaves and compound weaves was carried out to explore the corresponding relationship between different structural designs and combination method and final fabric effect.In addition,with designing and realizing smooth color shading of digital jacquard fabric as the goal,reasonable structure designs and combination methods were also proposed.It provides the essential technical reference for innovative design of colorful digital jacquard fabric.
