气氛环境对等离子体喷涂钛涂层的影响研究

摘    要:采用真空等离子体喷涂设备,在不同的气氛环境下制备钛涂层,并就其对涂层氧含量和结合强度的影响进行研究。结果表明:等离子体喷涂过程中的气氛环境可显著影响所制备钛涂层的氧含量,进而影响其相组成和结合强度。钛涂层氧含量的降低能提高涂层的结合强度;氧含量减小至0.1%时,涂层的结合强度可达63.0MPa。

Abstract:Titanium coatings were prepared via vacuum plasma spraying under different atmosphere environments, and then the oxygen content and bonding strength of the coatings were examined. The results show that atmosphere environment played an important role on the oxygen content of titanium coating, and thus affected significantly the bonding strength of titanium coating. While the oxygen content of the titanium coating was reduced to 0.1%, the bonding strength of the coating can be up to 63.0 MPa.
