摘    要:依据传热学理论和鼓式制动器的结构特点,建立了制动鼓瞬态温度场数值模拟的有限元计算模型。考虑鼓式制动器导热中物理参数和边界条件的有界不确定性,将其参数和边界条件均视为区间变量。在有限元离散和时间差分方法基础上,将区间有限元分析同摄动方法相结合,导出了有界不确定性参数瞬态温度场响应上下界的摄动计算公式,获得了鼓式制动器结构的瞬态温度场响应的范围。计算结果说明了所提出方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:Finite element model of band brake transient temperature field is built considering heat transmission theory and drum brake structural features. The randomness of physical parameters and boundary conditions of heat transfer was considered, each parameter and initial boundary conditions are regarded as interval parameters. With the finite element and time difference methods, the perturbation formulas of the upper and lower bounds of responses of temperature fields with unknown-but-bounded parameters were derived via the combination of interval analysis and the traditional finite element method. and then the range of temperature field response of the drum brake is obtained. The results show the method of the paper is feasibility and effectiveness
